A New Space to Tell Our Stories

In a festive atmosphere filled with Carambar jokes and surprise guests, we inaugurated this new space that reflects who we are: warm and creative. This new office becomes the headquarters of our Communication & Marketing team—an essential pillar to bring our games to life, share our projects, and build a stronger connection with our community.

This place also symbolizes a new step in PixelHeart’s growth. It allows us to centralize our communication efforts, improve coordination between teams, and strengthen our presence with our audience and partners. The layout was designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and efficiency in everyday work. We wanted a space that feels like us: professional and welcoming, forward-looking yet rooted in our love for retro gaming.

Sarah Speaks Out: Journey, Role and Passion

At the heart of this new episode is a heartfelt confessional from Sarah, our Communications Officer. She shares how she joined PixelHeart, her day-to-day responsibilities, her favorite games, inspirations, and above all, what drives her in her work. From managing marketing plans and B2B exchanges to organizing events and coordinating campaigns, Sarah reveals the behind-the-scenes of our communication strategy.

She also highlights the importance of building strong community relationships, creating engaging content, and staying up to date with industry trends while maintaining the authenticity of our brand. Passionate about retro games, Sarah perfectly embodies our DNA: honoring the past while constantly innovating.

Stephan, the Eye and Ear Behind Our Videos

This vlog also features Stephan, the talent behind our trailers and vlogs. His role goes far beyond video editing—he sometimes composes music for our games, giving a unique audio identity to our productions. His artistic sensitivity adds a distinctive touch to all our visual and sound content.

In addition to his technical skills, Stephan has a strong storytelling sense. He knows how to showcase a game, a moment, or a message. Whether it’s a launch trailer or a more intimate vlog, he adapts his approach with finesse and creativity.

PX, Our Big-Hearted Mascot

The big reveal of this second episode: the official introduction of our mascot PX (pronounced “Pix”)! Imagined and designed by Alexis Tallone—the illustrator behind the cult visuals of Captain Flam—PX perfectly embodies the spirit of PixelHeart: mischievous, retro, and boldly modern. This character becomes our guide, our totem, and soon, a familiar face for our community.

Created to appear in our content, events, and perhaps even in some of our games, PX is much more than a symbol. PX reflects our desire to build a strong and endearing identity around PixelHeart. Designed by Alexis Tallone, an iconic figure of French illustration, PX benefits from a deep artistic background and an instantly recognizable visual style.

Mickaël Speaks From the Heart

During the inauguration evening, Mickaël gave a heartfelt speech to thank everyone involved in making PixelHeart thrive. He praised the work done together, the team’s commitment, and the unwavering support that made these new offices possible.

His sincere and emotional speech highlighted the collective effort of the whole team and the pride in how far we’ve come. He expressed his gratitude for everyone’s involvement, reminding us that every project, game, and event is the result of a powerful human adventure. He also thanked our community for being there to support our initiatives, test our games, share our campaigns, and keep our passion alive.

The Black Wall: A Space for Artistic Expression

To mark the inauguration, we invited several artists who have worked with PixelHeart to leave their mark on the black wall of our new offices. The result: a living mural, a visual tribute to our game universe and to the creative talents who bring them to life. This wall will become a growing canvas, reflecting our collective creativity.

It features nods to our iconic titles, references to arcade classics, and graphic homages to our visual identity. Each artist left a trace, an emotion, a fragment of their world. The black wall is now a symbol of collaboration and inspiration.
