Suspension of Shipments to the United States

Important Information for Our Customers

We would like to inform our community about a major change regarding our shipping services. Following a significant regulatory update announced by the U.S. government, it is no longer possible for us to ensure shipments to the United States under current conditions.

The Regulatory Change in the U.S.

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government announced the end of the De Minimis customs exemption threshold of 800 USD. This decree now requires the application and collection of taxes and customs duties from the very first dollar, before goods are allowed to enter U.S. territory. This new regulation came into effect on August 29, 2025.

As a result, all shipments processed under DAP (Delivery At Place) are now refused by U.S. customs and destroyed without being returned to the sender. Currently, our shipping process operates under DAP, which does not comply with these new requirements. Therefore, we are forced to suspend the creation of shipping labels for the United States as of August 25, 2025.

Suspension of Shipments to the U.S.

To protect our American customers from unexpected costs and to prevent the loss of their parcels, we have decided to temporarily suspend all shipments to the United States. This preventive measure will remain in place until a compliant solution with the new customs regulations is implemented.

Actively Looking for Solutions

We are working closely with our logistics provider and several partners to establish a new shipping method compliant with U.S. regulations. As soon as a solution is available, we will immediately communicate with our community.
