Story:
The government is trying to curb the activities of Tokyo-to’s youth. Equipped with high-speed rollerblades, it is not easy to catch them. The music of Professor K, DJ of the pirate radio station Jet Set Radio, brings these young people together and inspires them to fight for their freedom of expression. So now it’s up to you to grab your spray paint can and cover the city walls with tags you’ve created or downloaded from the internet. But beware of your rivals who also want to tag the walls of your neighborhood. So you’ll need to team up with some cool characters to help you with your projects. And don’t forget that the cops are on your tail. You will have to be quick to escape them.
